In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless context requires otherwise:

• "lsvip," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the lsvip online gaming platform accessible at lsvip.cam and all associated services, applications, and products operated thereunder.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming features on lsvip, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued ID, a valid and active email address, a valid Philippine mobile telephone number, and your date of birth.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Log out of your account after each session when using a shared or public device;

lsvip will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. lsvip staff will never request your password through any communication channel.

4.3 Account Suspension and Termination

lsvip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that: (i) the account holder has breached these Terms & Conditions; (ii) fraudulent activity or bonus abuse is suspected; (iii) KYC verification requirements have not been satisfied; or (iv) continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or legal compliance risk.

5.1 Deposits

lsvip accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability. The minimum deposit is ₱100. lsvip does not impose a platform-level deposit fee, though your chosen payment channel may apply its own transaction fees or limits.

All funds deposited into your lsvip account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are prohibited. lsvip reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and may suspend accounts where third-party funding is identified.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible, as part of anti-money-laundering compliance procedures. lsvip will process standard GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within thirty (30) minutes to four (4) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on interbank processing times.

lsvip imposes no platform-level fee on standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Larger withdrawals exceeding ₱100,000 in a single transaction or ₱500,000 in a rolling thirty-day period may be subject to enhanced verification procedures and an extended processing review period.

5.3 Account Funds

Funds held in your lsvip account are not interest-bearing. Real-money balance and bonus balance are maintained separately. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

lsvip offers promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available only to registered players who have completed the required level of account verification for the relevant promotion;

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay:

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lsvip platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents the intended game mechanics;
• Colluding with other players to achieve outcomes that would not arise from independent play;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or undisclosed platform vulnerabilities to accrue credits, free spins, or other value;
• Using the platform to launder money or to conduct transactions for any purpose other than genuine entertainment gaming;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration or KYC verification;

Nothing in this section shall prevent lsvip from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to address urgent platform security matters.
